What is the place of the viewer? What physical and mental space is reserved for them? It was in questioning the places and modes of cinematographic projection that I came to imagine this project.

When carrying out my research, I was particularly struck by the importance attributed to the projection machine. There was a real public fascination with the object. It was as much a part of the show as the image on the screen.

Today, we tend to try to hide the video projector and make people forget it. I wanted to give it its full place in a mobile projection apparatus that itself stages the viewers looking for their seat.
